    Getting There

    Hakuba village is located approximately 300 kilometers northwest of Tokyo, in the Nagano prefecture of Japan.

    The fastest route from Tokyo is via the Shinkansen (bullet train) which departs from Tokyo Station. This will take you to Nagano, where you can board a bus on to Hakuba. The trip will take just over two and a half hours and cost around 10,000 yen.
