Bulgarian Properties, a leading estate agency in the country, are reporting that demand for
apartments in the three main Bulgarian ski resorts of Pamporovo, Borovets and Bansko, “remains low,” and that prices, “continue to fall.”

“Prices have fallen by a fifth over the last quarter with not even ‘extremely low’ prices tempting foreign buyers.” said a statement.

Environment saying she will take steps to legalise the expansion of Bansko ski resort on to national park land, rather than tell the resort it must remove the illegal construction.
