The Inside Out Ski Club is holding 3-day summer ski camps in June, offering a package of
accommodation, airport transfers and three half-day coaching sessions.
The minimum level to join these ski camps is Level 6 on Inside Out's ability scale, and you must be comfortable to ride on T-bars and happy to ski on firm snow first thing in the morning and soft snow later in the day.

A new ski area has been announced for the 2011-12 season at Betania, near Tbilisi in Georgia at a location renowned for its reliable snow cover.
The ski area will initially feature a 600m long slope with snowmaking served by two lifts.

For the second year in succession CairnGorm Mountain above Aviemore in Northern Scotland has been able to report figures of over 120,000 skiing and snowboarding visitors. It is over 15 years since the resort had two seasons in succession with numbers over 120,000. The 2010-11 season started early, on 13 November 2010 following the fortuitous decision to undertake the annual funicular maintenance over several evenings in June rather than throughout the month of November.
