Jackson Hole, USA, January 26, 2009 - A series of Rocky Mountain

A series of Rocky Mountain storms slammed into the Tetons this week dropping over 3 feet of fresh dry powder. (Check out our storm footage Gallery and Video from yesterday). Skiers and riders took full advantage of the largest continuous vertical drop in the country and the most snowfall in the west.

Mountain High, USA, January 24, 2010 - Recent storms which have caused

Recent storms which have caused so much trouble in the southland have dropped nothing but gold at Mountain High. White gold that is. Four feet of it. And it is still snowing. Snow showers began Sunday night and have only gotten heavier over the course of the week. Up to a foot and a half a day has been falling and the San Gabriel Mountains are now buried under the largest snowfall in recent memory. 

As always, El Nino delivers for Mountain High.

Four years ago Rome decided it was time to take the team on a on a short video trip.  After some brainstorming, the thing that made the most sense was to just grab the crew, jump in a van, and drive around and snowboard. This was the birth of the first GNAR, or Great North American Rendezvous.

The GNAR video was distributed for free, contained no helicopter shots, no double corks, and was not released on Blue Ray.
