The 26th annual Pub-to-Pub Classic was a spectacular event! Over 500 hundred cross-country skiing revellers turned up dressed in an impressive range of fancy dress attire. There were all sorts of costumes from the wild and wacky to the truly original. Ninjas & nuns, pirates and Sesame Street characters each balancing on a pair of skinny skis lined up to race for the win.

After a week of dodgy weather, the sun broke through this morning, illuminating the 400m long slopestyle course that featured a downrail, battleship rail and three massive kickers.

Full-time tertiary students are entitled to half price lift tickets every Friday throughout September. And there's more good news! The cost of a lift ticket has been reduced on all other days of the week.
Students with a valid ID qualify for a youth-priced ski lift ticket between Saturday and the following Thursday. From the middle of September it will only cost $62 a day to use the resort's network of ski lifts.

The land down under was taken over today as crowds flocked to watch the final men’s and women’s halfpipe competition at Perisher Blue Resort. Always a crowd favorite, the halfpipe finals were not to be missed as a field of impressive names threw down runs that were equally as impressive.
The men were first to drop and it was Mason Aguirre who showed strength early on with a highest first run score of 92.83.
