Ishikawa has reasonably stable snow conditions, with a few medium sized resorts offering runs up to 3.5kms long.

When it's dumping, things are good in Ishikawa. But don't be surprised to come across closed lifts. Untrained staff can be a problem at the smaller resorts, meaning you miss out on the full potential of the mountains.
