Whistler open day 2011

Whistler Mountain received 29 cm of snow in the last 48 hours and 55-80cm more is expected by Tuesday.  The base at Pig Alley is currently 70cm and rising. With early season conditions it is extra important all mountain signage is obeyed and guests stay within the marked operational boundary. With early season snow-pack, guests should be aware of rocks and other hazards below the snow surface. Mandatory downloading via the Whistler Village Gondola or Creekside Gondola is in effect.

Freeskier Mike Douglas’ last day [EMBEDDED] on the mountain is today.  Check out his videos as he documents the days before opening at www.whistlerblackcomb.com/embedded
