Sugar Bowl Retraction (27-Jul-10)

Sugar Bowl, USA, July 27, 2010 - Sugar Bowl, a 35 acre

Sugar Bowl, a 35 acre area to the West of Mountain High’s West Resort, was inadvertently opened last year to skiers and snowboarders at Mountain High Resort.  This region is not included Mountain High’s permitted terrain and was done so without the approval of the Angeles National Forest.  Sugar Bowl will not be open for skiing and snowboarding this coming season and will be signed accordingly.

Both Mountain High and the Angeles National Forest request that users of the resort observe all posted signs, do not go out of bounds, and use the forest in a safe and healthy manner.
