Kimberley Alpine Resort will celebrate the arrival of spring with the annual Spring Splash Celebration taking place on Saturday April 3rd & Sunday April 4th. A favourite event for both visitors and locals, this year’s Spring Splash closes out the ski season at Kimberley Alpine Resort with great skiing and fun for all ages!

Festivities in the courtyard will feature BBQ, beer gardens, and live DJ's as well as the musical talents of Shane Philip and Billy Jive & The Funktastic 5.  Fun and funny activities include Saturday's Ultimate Spring Splash in the splash pond as well as Rapid Splash Tube Race & Splash Pond Tug of War.  On Sunday, it's a dummy-spectacular day with the traditional Dummy Downhill event and the innovative, Dummy Duct Tape Challenge.  Face painting for children both Saturday & Sunday.

Kimberley Alpine Resort pass holders are reminded that they are able to ski at other RCR Resorts after season end (Sunday April 4, 2010), as part of the RCR Membership Benefits program. Both Fernie Alpine Resort and Nakiska Ski Resort close Sunday April 11 with bonus weekend openings on April 17 & 18th.
