A complete starter pack at The Remarkables in Queenstown is only $125 per adult and $95 per child, including return bus transfers on The Remarkables Express from downtown Queenstown to the resort, a beginner lift ticket, rental equipment, plus rental clothing and two 90 minute group lessons.

Coronet Peak also in Queenstown has a starter pack linked with both the Burton Learn to Ride or Salomon Learn to ski programs, which includes beginner lift tickets, rental equipment and two 90 minute group lessons available for $124 per adult, and $87 per child.

Mt Hutt ski area out of Christchurch, which is enjoying a snow base of over 3 meters has Burton Learn to Ride or Salomon Learn to ski programs for $109 per adult and $77 per child, including beginner lift tickets, rental equipment and two group lessons.
