From competitions to concerts, the line up includes some 'oldies but goodies' like Kokanee Snow Dreams at Fernie Alpine Resort and Bavarian Iron Legs at Kimberley Alpine Resort as well as new, innovative events like Nakiska's Spring Fiesta and the Helly Hansen Big Mountain Battle at Fernie Alpine Resort. An endless line up of fun awaits at RCR ski resorts!

January 30 & 31 - Fernie Alpine Resort
Kokanee Snow Dreams
THE Après Ski Party of the Rockies! Traditionally whooping it up in the famous Griz Bar for the 6th year running, with help from Kokanee! This is one party you won't want to miss! Voted one of the 'Best Deck Parties' in all of North America, this party is sure to create stories that will turn into legends! Be prepared for lots of cold Kokanee beer, to meet the Glacier Girls, and to compete for the Best Sasquatch Mating Call. The weekend will feature DJ Jimmy King's Drum and DJ in the Plaza!

February 13 & 14 - Family Festival
Kimberley Alpine Resort          
We are celebrating FAMILY! Don’t miss out on Kimberley's 2nd Annual Family Festival that will include all kinds of family fun such as ice skating with s'mores by the fire, glow stick parades, and even a mountain scavenger hunt.
                      
March 6 - Coca-Cola Monster Rock Band 
Fernie Alpine Resort
Enjoy a live DJ spinning in the plaza with fun games and contests such as "Best Rocker Hair" and "Best Rock Star Holla". Move the party into the famous Griz Bar where the Ultimate Rockies' Rock Band contest will take place followed by rocking the night out with live music. Take the challenge and bring your Rock Band Team and battle it out for the Ultimate Rockies' Rock Band title!  FREE contest entry and great prizes to be won!

March 13 & 14 - Beer Fest
Kimberley Alpine Resort
Celebrate the Bavarian roots of Kimberley while indulging in the local specialty - BEER!  Sample the Labatt line-up, or get your bratwurst fresh off the BBQ all weekend long! If you are feeling strong, enter the Bavarian strongman competition to win some great prizes.

March 20 - Kokanee Freeride 80's Weekend

Get out your best 80's gear to participate in crazy 80's themed games such as: Gear Swap, Dance Off, and Best Outfit competition.  Live music and a DJ will be rockin' out the 80's, in style!

April 3 & 4 - Spring Splash Celebration

We don't want winter to go away, but if it must we may as well have a party to celebrate!  Don't miss the best pond skimming contest in the rockies!  Live music, activities and fun for all ages to enjoy!
   
April 10 & 11 - Spring Fiesta
Nakiska Ski Resort
Bring your sombreros and toast the Winter of 2010 good-bye! Fiesta themed festivities all weekend long including pinatas, snow volleyball, and more!

April 17 - BSD Hangover PARTY
Nakiska Ski Resort
The day after U of C's famous BSD (Bermuda Shorts Day) Party, come cure your hangover at Nakiska Ski Resort.  20 lucky VIP guests will win passes that will include a free bus ride and a lift ticket to Nakiska. Featuring fun games and music throughout the day. What a great way to end the school year and a send-off a great ski season!     

April 17 & 18 - Fernival
Fernie Alpine Resort
The 2nd Annual Fernival spring event featuring a FREE outdoor concert! This will be a celebration of snow and a tribute to a fantastic ski season. Featuring live music and DJ along with all kinds of wacky, innovative, and fun events for all ages to enjoy including: Speed Winter Gear Swap, Frozen Jeans Dress-up, and Snow Volleyball.
