Powder Alert - 33cm Of Fresh Snow Overnight And Continuing! (25-Aug-10)

Perisher, Australia, August 25, 2010 - With 89cm's on snow

With 89cms of snow in the past 7 days and 2.2 metres of snow having fallen so far this August, skiers and boarders are experiencing some of the best conditions in years over all areas of the resort.

33cm of fresh, light, dry snow greeted us this morning, and it's still falling, and predictions are for a lot more snow tomorrow with the weather clearing on Saturday and Sunday.

Looks like it's time to get the snow gear out and get down here for the best weekend of the season - you'll have a ball!
