Glover Scores Double Honors at 2nd Annual Video Wars (11-Mar-09)

Mountain High, CA, March 11, 2009 - The Second Annual Video Wars invaded Mountain High

The Second Annual Video Wars invaded Mountain High last week with Peter Para taking home top honors for Best Photo, while Mikey Radziwon and Matt Ybarra tied for Best Rider. Craig Glover scored double honors with “Simple Failures,” winning Best Video and Viewer's Choice, as voted by an animated crowd of videographers, riders, photographers, friends, and family at the Second Annual Video Wars After Party. All winners took home 2009/10 Mountain High Season Passes and a case of Monster Energy drink.

The entire collection of video submissions was screened before a live audience at the Video Wars After Party in the Bullwheel Bar & Grill. Highlights included comedic parody "Mamma Schmeeia" by Couch Boys Productions, “Steezy Styles” by Patrick Dougherty, and “Send It” by Anthony Fire. Check out highlights of the videos on the Mountain High website at http://www.mthigh.com/events/VideoWars09Results.html.

Video Wars is a contest unique to Mountain High that was designed to showcase the creative talents of aspiring videographers, riders, and the crews behind the scenes. New this season, the category of Best Rider was added to recognize the hard work of the athletes who provide the content that video dreams are made of.
