Perisher, Australia, June 9, 2010 - It's only a matter of days now

It's only a matter of days now until the official start to the 2010 snow season at Perisher and Mother Nature has come to the party with a cold front crossing the Snowy Mountains and snow falling all day.

We have been told to expect to receive around 20cms of fresh snow, just the start we need! Plus our snowmakers have been operating the guns continually since Monday night in preparation for opening weekend skiing and boarding.  

Full details on this weekend's operations will be on our website soon, and keep checking the snowcams to see how we're going.

We look forward to seeing you here at Perisher enjoying what is set to be a great season ahead.
