CFA & SES Volunteer Recognition Day (14-Sep-09)

Victoria, Australia, September 14, 2009 - As a way to say thank you to volunteers

As a way to say thank you to volunteers right across Victoria for their work supporting the community, in particular emergency situations, all Alpine Resorts (Falls Creek, Lake Mountain, Mt Baw Baw, Mt Buller/Mt Stirling and Hotham) would like to welcome all CFA and SES volunteers and their families to any resort on Saturday 19 September 2009.

Current members of the Country Fire Authority (CFA) and the State Emergency Service (SES) will get complimentary resort entry for themselves and direct family members travelling in the same car to enjoy the snow and take a break in the High Country.

Volunteers wishing to access this offer will need to either show their SES membership card or in the case of CFA volunteers, present a letter from their regional rep that validates them as a current member at resort entry and our staff will supply you with free entry for the day. Bring the whole crew, make it a team outing or just sneak off with the missus for some RnR! So whether you are a chook footer, lazy downhiller or grey on a tray, come and enjoy a day of spring snow play on us.
